There is an unsolicited bragging statement, where CC as Pengun is crowing about how 

he will get an $8000. subsidy to buy a new electric car which prompted my reply. *

 My reply was that there was an inadequate electrical supply, a one leg 110 volt 40 Amp service.

  CC reaffirmed his intention to get the $8000. subsidy to get a new car

at no cost to himself. ( Is the car dealer trolling and bumping?) 

That is not necessary when one is apprised of his usage.

It has occurred to me that the $8000. subsidy this person was crowing about collecting 

which I feel that my taxes,$100K per year in total, should not subsidize this purchase.

I am sure that the $8000. would be intended to subsidize a driver 

who had a serious gasoline consumption problem to solve by going 

electric. The purchase is a caprice and another act of a vain man.

DECLARE TO BE WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

I QUOTED SOMEONE WHO HAD MADE A STATEMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THE RESPONSE WAS THAT MY INFORMANT EXAGGERATED AND THEN THERE IS THE BIG CRAZY WITH THE REBUTTAL, "LIKE YOU DO".

WHAT COULD SOMEONE WHO SOUGHT TO DISCREDIT ME MAKE OF THIS CRAZY UNNECESSARY AND DEPRECIATING CONDEMNATION OF MY VERACITY, ACCURACY, AND THE ACUITY OF MY PERCEPTION AND COMMUNICATION OF MY PERCEPTIONS WHICH IS WHAT ALL OF THIS WRITING IS ABOUT.

I WROTE AND PRODUCED HUNDREDS OF VIDEOS AND EVERY NUANCE, EVERY EXPRESSION AND VOICE TONE AND ALL OF THE CONTENT WERE EXTENSIVELY VETTED.

I had a production expiditer and researcher who with myself would spend hours upon hours looking for the accurate speeches of politicians and I would even try to do my cartoon voices with accuracy and honesty. Always everything as accurate as possible.

Exaggeration always indicates inaccuracy. When one is creating cartoons, exaggeration and extrapolation are hallmarks of the technicians craft. Still, the exaggeration and extrapolation should be of an intellectually sound nature.

 I consider any inaccuracy as a discrediting disqualifier. What the hell would I do that for?

I do not have to defend myself or my sacred cows by making false accusations. Such prevarication is widely accepted and just an intimation of prevarication will cause many persons to discredit careful accurate unexaggerated reporting on personalities, facts and events.

THE PREDICTION WAS "THE HUMBOLDT CURRENT WOULD SLOW". NOW WE KNOW MORE HEAT WOULD BE LEFT DOWN SOUTH TO FUEL HURRICANES. 

THE PREDICTED COLD WEATHER AND WINTER STORMS ARE HAPPENING NOW IN CANADA, THE US AND IN EUROPE. 

PART TWO OF THE THEORY DECLARED THAT THE EARTH WAS IN A DELICATE BALANCE, WHEN WITH WATER LEVELS HIGH DUE TO MELTING, THERE WAS A LOT OF AIR BORNE MOISTURE AVAILABLE WHICH  A COOLING MECHANISM LIKE VOLCANIC ERUPTION OR THE MIGRATION OF EARTH'S ORBIT COULD TURN TO SNOW AND PRECIPITATE AN ICE AGE BY DISTRIBUTING THE LOCKED UP ICE AND SNOW AT THE POLES EVERYWHERE OVER THE EARTH WHICH WOULD REFLECT THE SUNLIGHT BACK INTO SPACE.

THE INCREASE IN CARBON DIOXIDE AND METHANE GAS POLLUTION PROBABLY HAS MADE PART TWO IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE GREENHOUSE GASSES WARMING THE EARTH REGARDLESS OF THE OTHER PROBABLY SHORT LIVED LACK OF HEAT DUE TO THE DISRUPTION OF HEAT DISTRIBUTION CURRENTS PHENOMENA.

COLD HURRICANE WAS THE NAME I COINED FIVE+ YEARS AGO FOR WHAT IS NOW CALLED A WEATHER BOMB

 WHAT IS INTERESTING IS THAT MY 1964 CLIMATE CHANGE THEORY WAS THAT PARTICULATE POLLUTION FROM DIESEL AND COAL AND WOOD BURNING WOULD MELT THE GLACIERS AND ICE CAPS.

THIS BLACK AND BROWN CARBON IS JUST NOW PUBLICLY RECOGNIZED AS A MAJOR CAUSE OF THE MELTING OF ICE, INCLUDING THE MELTING OF SEA ICE WHICH IS WARMING THE ARCTIC OCEAN. THE EXCESS FRESH WATER SEEMS TO BE STOPPING THE GOOD OLD GULF STREAM-HUMBOLDT CURRENT HEAT TRANSFER  .

WHAT I WAS PREDICTING SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING IN THE SHORT TERM. WHEN THE METHANE FROZEN  IN THE NORTH VAPORIZES, WE ARE GOING TO WARM!

HEAD INJURY ON JUNE 8 1998 AT HUMBOLT AND DOUGLAS IN DOWNTOWN VICTORIA

I HAD THOUGHT SOMETHING REALLY BAD HAD HAPPENED TO ME WHEN MY 1978 OLDSMOBILE WAS DROPPED ON MY HEAD

HAVE YOU SEEN THE NEWS TODAY? OH BOY; THE COMIC BOB SAGET HAD A BLOW TO HIS HEAD AND HE DIED!

I WAS ON MY WAY HOME FROM MY SUITE IN VICTORIA. I PLANNED TO SEE IF I COULD PRACTICE WITH A BAND I KNEW WOULD PROBABLY BE AT THE ESQUIMALT INN.

THERE WAS A SCHOOL BUS HAVING TROUBLE NEGOTIATING A TURN WHERE IT WAS PROHIBITED TO TRAVEL BEING A 94 PASSENGER BUS. I STOPPED AND PARKED IN AN EMPTY PARKING SPOT WITH A METER ETC AT THE CORNER. I OPENED MY DOOR AND EXITED MY 1979 OLDSMOBILE ROYALE SEDAN. THE SAINT MICHAEL'S SCHOOL BUS LURCHED AHEAD AND J HOOKED SWINGING THE REAR OF THE BUS TO CATCH MY CAR DOOR AND LIFT THE 4000 POUND CAR AND THEN DROP IT, THE DOOR FRAME HIT ME ON MY HEAD. I FELL TO MY KNEES AND I BEGAN TO FEEL THE TOP OF MY HEAD SWELL.

SOON AFTER THE ACCIDENT I NOTICED I WAS SPUTTERING OR DROOLING AS I SPOKE. I HAD A SWELLING ON TOP OF MY HEAD, THE SKIN FELT STRETCHED AND IT WAS NUMB TO MY TOUCH.

I ENDED UP LAYING IN BED UNABLE TO GET UP AND I WAS UNABLE TO GO ANYWHERE. UNNOTICED, EVEN MY GIRLFRIEND AT  THE TIME DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND DUMPED ME BECAUSE I HAD NOT TURNED UP AT IMPORTANT TIMES. I KEPT TRYING TO GET UP BUT I COULD NOT.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS SIMILAR TO THESE AFTER OTHER ACCIDENTS AND COLLAPSES AS WELL. 

THE ICBC POLICY AND CONTROLL OF MEDICAL TREATMENT MEANT I WAS IGNORED AS I LITERALLY DISAPPEARED FROM MY NORMAL ACTIVITY AND I WAS TREATED LIKE I HAD COMMITTED A CRIMINAL OFFENCE BY ICBC.

I COULD HAVE EASILY DIED, NOT JUST THAT TIME BUT OTHER TIMES AS WELL! 

"OPPOSITE" TO WHAT A CALCULATED AND LEARNED PLAN WOULD ENTAIL AND FORCE THE INSTALLATION OF A CRAZY ENTITLEMENT AND EMPOWERMENT OF THE INCOMPETENT.

HOW CAN YOU TELL, UNEQUIVOCALLY, THAT SOMEONE IS INCOMPETENT?  

LOOK AT THE RESULT OF THEIR ACTIONS

WERE THERE MORE GAINS OR LOSSES FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED?

WAS THERE REALLY A BENEFIT POSSIBLE FOR ANYONE BUT THEM?

WHAT DAMAGE DID THEY DO TO EVERYONE ELSE AFFECTED?

DID THEY EVER ACTUALLY GET A GREATER PERSONAL BENEFIT BY INTERFERING AND TAKING CONTROL THAN THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED BY JUST LETTING WHAT THE CONTROLLED PERSON WAS DOING CONTINUE? 

THE TAKEOVER OF A PERSON AND THEIR ASSETS TERMINATES THEIR PROJECTS. IF THE SUBSTITUTION OF THE NEW BOSS IS DONE AS A PUNISHMENT, THEN WHAT PERVERSE COLLUSION IS THIS? 

WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO INSTITUTE OR HELP TO INSTITUTE YEARS OF LONG HARD LABOR AND THEN SWEEP OFF NOT WORKING HARD OR LOSE EVERYTHING BUT NOT HAVING TO DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT THEY ORDERED BUT JUST DOING AS THEY PLEASED?

ANOTHER INDICATOR OF INCOMPETENCE WOULD BE THE INSTITUTION OF A PLAN OF ACTION WHICH IGNORES PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS AND ECONOMICS.

THE BALD FACED DENIAL OF WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND THE FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE BUSINESS TRENDS IN FAVOR OF DOCTRINAIRE BELIEF OR A THIRST TO OVERWHELM OR PUNISH SOMEONE LEADS TO THE INSTITUTION OF GRINDING POVERTY COUPLED WITH HARD WORK MOUNTING DEBT AND A LOSS OF PERSONAL FREEDOM FOR THE IRRATIONALLY CONTROLLED PERSON.

I SAT AND READ THE NEWSPAPERS FROM VICTORIA BC AND VANCOUVER BC SEARCHING FOR A JOB OR A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY I SHOULD ATTEMPT TO PARTICIPATE IN AND NOTHING CAME UP ON THE PAGES.

IN RETROSPECT, THAT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE ENTERING INTO A DEEP RECESSION AND AN  ECONOMIC DOWNTURN WAS VERY LIKELY.

I WAS FORCED TO SPEND EVERY LAST DOLLAR ON A LARGER HOME THAN I WOULD HAVE BUILT AND THEN I WAS FORCED TO BORROW MONEY TO START A BUSINESS FOR MY WIFE WITH MY FATHER'S MONEY, AND TO GO INTO DEBT WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE AT THE BEST OF TIMES AND CERTAINLY NOT CONFIDENTLY IN DENIAL THAT A RECESSION OR EVEN A  DEPRESSION WAS IMMINENT.

THE FAMILY MEMBERS DID NOT READ NEWSPAPERS NOR WATCH THE TELEVISION NEWS THEY DID NOT NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING BUT "WOMEN WERE FASTER,  STRONGER AND SMARTER" AND THEY SAID THEY WERE "TAKING OVER" BASED ON "FEELINGS, NOT THAT STUPID CALCULATING AND PLANNING AND SCHEMING" I WOULD DO.

DID MY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO FORCED ME TO DO THE THEIR UNTHINKING BIDDING NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, OR WOULD LIKE TO SEE ME DESTROYED. EITHER WAY IT IS A MANIFESTATION OF MENTAL ILLNESS, BLACK-WHITING, BI-POLAR.

I should film a foot activation of a Bull Switch while doing a Drop and Catch with a string of boxcars right out front of the Vancouver Yard Office. My previously undesirable Jackpot (dangerous with the Car Carriers and Mail and Passenger Cars to Fuck Up with, Glass Trains.) Job may not have been able to be done by the strictly Switch Boxcars Fast and go home Rusiski and Osborne.(When management watched, Osborne would Unswitch Boxcars) You could get up to 25 Years in Jail if you interfered with me as I moved the Royal Mail, I had live passengers on equipment I handled they did not. The Jewelry Factory whose second generation was stolen, burnt and the insurance money was seized by hold on now, was it a giraffe or a ghost, no, it was the alleged life ally, the wife. The project which would have provided an Acre and a Half of Gardenable was soil scooped up and sold off to provide druggin drinkin and truck fueling money for hate activated redneck degenerates. Their "de facto through inacto" allies in the CRD, BC, RCMP, MLA , MP and Crown Ministry are an atrocious group which I continue to pay the way for like my Grandfather and my Father before me. The Rockcliffe and the Houses adjacent are a project "de facto" seized from me by a herd of Giraffes, no no it was women and Police with a few Subsidized Housing Gleeper Men as well. The "Target His Music" where every possible seizure and obstacle creation and lie was used to end my project which was just like many other similar Music Projects and no one else's business. More subtle but just as damaging were the assaults created by Mobbing me here at Otter Point, in the Supreme Court and at the Rockcliffe. Raiding with False  911 Calls to facilitate that which those redneck degenerates who have government jobs are lurking and freaking to do. I WAS RAGGED FROM 12 TO 18 ABOUT MY UNDESERVED TRUST FUND AND WHEN I TURNED 18, MOTHER STOLE MY MAIL, I NEVER EVEN GOT TO SEE WHAT MY GRANDFATHER WORKED AND SAVED TO GIVE TO ME.      I KNOW THE FUND WAS HELD IN MY NAME IN  FARMER'S AND MERCHANT'S TRUST. 

MOTHER SAID I WAS UNDER HER AUTHORITY, I WAS NOT GETTING MY TRUST FUND WHICH WAS $10,000 OR IT STARTED AS 10K AND WAS $12,000 OR MORE ON MY 18th BIRTHDAY. I DID NOT GET ONE CENT OF IT AND STRANGELY, NO CHECKS, NO CARDS, ON MY 18TH BIRTHDAY WHILE I WAS AT UNIVERSITY. (ACTUALLY, IT WAS TRICKY TO WRITE TO ME, c/o UNB POST OFFICE.) 

MY MOTHER, FROM THEN ON, CLAIMED THAT TO REACH ME BY MAIL YOU WOULD HAVE TO SEND THE MAIL TO MY PARENT'S ADDRESS. 

MOTHER HAD MY CHILDHOOD JOINT BANK ACCOUNT, WITH HER. DID SHE CASH MY 18th BIRTHDAY CHECKS?

AT 19 I WAS THROWN OUT OF UNB. I HAD REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH THE ADMINISTRATION TO NOT  CRITICIZE THEM BUT TO HELP TO MAKE THINGS GO SMOOTHLY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION.  I PUBLISHED THE "KNIGHTLY HERALD" AN OLD TINY NICHE NEWSPAPER AT UNB.

BY 1967 ALL I HAD LEFT WAS MY JOB AT THE CNR.

I REMEMBER TALKING TO MY FATHER ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE TREATMENT I HAD BEEN AFFORDED. I SAID THAT CONDITIONS WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE AND MY FATHER SAID ``WE ARE IN CONTROL. YOU ARE NOT".

THAT, BY 1970 WAS NOT THE END OF MY PUNITIVE AND UNSUPPORTED RELATIONSHIP WITH SOCIETY. I CONTINUED TO BE DERAILED FROM MY EVERY REMEDY TO MY UNEMPLOYMENT. NO ONE WOULD ACCEPT THAT WHATEVER ASSETS AND USE OF INFRASTRUCTURE I HAD WERE ESSENTIAL TO ME AND WERE IRREPLACEABLE. 

NO ONE WOULD ACCEPT THAT I NEEDED THE NEXT INHERITANCE I WAS TO RECEIVE. THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO WORK. NO ONE WOULD HIRE ME. I WAS CRIPPLED AGAIN IN 1986. I HAD BEEN A SLAVE LABORER, I WAS UNPAID FOR 3 YEARS AT MY WIFE'S DISASTROUS BUSINESS RIGHT UP TIL THE ACCIDENT IN DECEMBER 1986.  

I COULD NOT "MAKE PAYMENTS" TO THEM ANY MORE AS THEY FERVENTLY DESIRED OF ME . MY OWN SHOP, WITH A NEARBY SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION, OR A JOB AS A WRITER OR MUSICIAN WAS REQUIRED. FAMILY MEMBERS RIGOROUSLY OPPOSED THIS IMPERATIVE. WHY COULD I NOT GET THE MENIAL "START AT THE BOTTOM" JOB DEMANDED MY MOTHER WHO HAD A VERY BRIEF WORK HISTORY. 

THROUGHOUT THE NINETEEN EIGHTIES AND NINETEEN NINETIES I CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE MORE THEFTS OF INHERITANCE AND MORE DISABLING INJURIES AND ACCIDENTS. THE FAILURE OF GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE PROPER COMPENSATION OR EVEN MEDICAL TREATMENT HAMPERED AND IMPOVERISHED ME. I SPEAK IN A POLITE AND EDUCATED MANNER,  AND I, THANKS TO A DONATION FROM MY AUNT HAD A FEW GOOD CLOTHES TO WEAR WHEN I WAS OUT AND ABOUT. PEOPLE HAD THE IMPRESSION THAT THAT AND MY OWNERSHIP OF MY HOUSE, AN ONGOING REMEDIAL WORK IN PROGRESS FOR 40 YEARS, MEANT THAT I HAD NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT DESPITE NOT EVER HAVING DISPOSABLE INCOME.

I THINK MANY OF THE BAD THINGS I HAD TO PUT UP WITH WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF I WAS NOT RUTHLESSLY STOLEN FROM AND PUNISHED ALL MY LIFE. DOES THAT START WITH CHILDHOOD ABUSE AND ADOLESCENT PUNISHMENT AND FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION?

There are gross elements of Perversion motivating some or is it many of the rotten bastards who made life difficult, painful or impoverished. They are figuratively and in their interior fantastic reality screwing or fucking me. 

I am deeply suspicious of the motivations of all the Stick Wielding People, from my Mother who proudly declared Father had not had sex with her after I was about five years old but her face was wreathed in a look of Joy as she beat me to the Saint Michael's University Stick Fucker Preppie Boys which I wrote about.

The pair of HFAS, the clerk in the CNR Employee Relations Office and the Lawyer, Logie, from Northwestern Insurance were screwing me in 1970, fucking me like they would if they as a pair got hold of an intoxicated or drugged man or a submissive fairy.
