I KNOW THE HOUSE'S ATTIC IS HOME TO A LARGE BAT COLONY NOW IN DEAS ISLAND PARK . I DO NOT KNOW IF ANYONE LIVES IN IT.

WAS THAT AND WHAT WENT ON THERE, THE MUSIC, ART AND DISCUSSION WHAT MY FAMILY WAS JEALOUSLY ATTACKING

WITHOUT PONDERING WHAT MOTIVATED MY FAMILY TO JOIN THE PUNISHMENT COMMUNITY, THEY WERE PUNISHING A MAN  WHO NO LONGER EXISTED.

THE FACTORY AND THE GOLD BARS AND JEWELRY WERE GONE, SOLD TO BUY LAND OR STOLEN FROM MY HOUSE.

NO MOTORCYCLES AND NO TOOLS AND NO MUSICAL EQUIPMENT OR TAPES.

I NO LONGER HELD THE SPACE JAM NOR  WAS I WHERE MY FRIENDS MET.

I HAD BEEN FORCED TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I HAD SET OUT TO NOT HAVE TO DO, ORDERED TO TO ASININE THINGS.

I DID NOT GET TO PLAY HARMONICA.

I HAD NO CLOTHING EXCEPT FOR CAR SALES AND HARD LABOR CLOTHES.

I HAD NO MONEY, HOUSE REBUILDING AND THE ENDLESS REMEDY OF THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY HAD TAPPED ME OUT COMPLETELY AND IT IS STILL BEING DONE TO THIS DAY.

FAMILY MEMBERS UNIVERSALLY SPOKE OF THE NEED TO FURTHER DIMINISH ME AS IF I WAS THE PROUD, PRODUCTIVE, CREATIVE, EQUIPPED, PERSON I HAD BEEN BEFORE THE ARSON AND THE THEFT AND THE LOSSES CAUSED BY THE ASININE DIVORCE BASED CONTROL EXERTED OVER ME BY MY EX WIFE.

The documentary states that shaking children, slamming them into objects or striking their heads with  anything causes brain damage in children. ( I wonder, what about contact sports?) I have at least one alternate personality or reality and it is virtually paralyzed and collapsed. That was what would happen when I was pulled to the left then right and thrown down by my hair and  jumped on by my Mother. That would crush the breath out of me.I would collapse, gasping. She struck  for no reason and without warning with brooms and steel edged yardsticks. I remember the sound of the  steel edge cutting through my hair as she struck my skull, and the taste of blood in my mouth. My left  arm has steel edge grooves all over it.  I detailed a plethora of accurate and truthful recountations of events, statements and what the results  and symptoms were. I put it into writing, animation and musical performance and what do you know, the data driven Art fits right in with the HBO Documentary and my subsequent research. When we are subjected to similar maltreatment as we experienced in childhood the obnoxious claim is  made that we brought it on ourselves, it is claimed that we mated with persons alike to our abusers, as  if we were stupidly so attracted. My siblings and my wife fell in love with the abuse still being perpetrated againdt me by my mother when I was an adult my siblings and the women who married into the Collard Family continued the stealing crimes which women do, men rape, women steal, and they lie and lie to use the "Big Beaters", POLICE.   ONE OF MY FIRST MEMORIES IS OF LAYING THERE MY CHEST LOCKED AND SHUDDERING AS  I TRIED TO BREATHE AT 2737 ALLARD, I WAS FOUR AT THE TIME.      REGARDING ``PAYING ATTENTION``

I am becoming aware why people exhibit lack of memory, inability to understand communication and even moral and ethical lapses.

They are not attentive nor are they striving to have an accurate perception of what events occur and what the meaning of the communications they receive is fully fairly and correctly.

All of those deficits and more carelessness and negligence create damage in people, to their prospects and to their property. 

The ``Don`t Care`` , ``Didn't notice``, ``You`re crazy``and the``You created your own problems``mindset creates a failure to hold the creators of damage responsible and leaves the already anguished person whose property or person was damaged without recourse, unable to remedy the damage which was done and defamed by being blamed for the damage or suffering attack as if they are harassing authorities and the perpetrators. 

HAVE YOU MADE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO TURN ON YOUR MIND AND GET THAT MEMORY ON LINE WITH MORAL AND ETHICAL EVALUATION AND ADHERENCE?

When I try to understand a complex communication or to create a detailed and lasting cinematographic memory or to imagine a new creation of a similar mental image I can feel the turbochargers come on in my brain and there is a surge in circulation of blood and a bodily ``rush``. I DO BELIEVE EVERYTHING AND I DO PROFESS THAT. THAT WHICH I ACT UPON IS MOST CONSIDERED.

I AM ACCUSED OF BELIEVING FAKE NEWS AND OF BEING A SHEEP IN THE HERD BUT I REALLY DO OBSERVE AND CALCULATE, ESPECIALLY BEFORE I ACT.

Just because it is on TV or in the News does not mean that information is not true or that it should be disregarded. 

To automatically disbelieve reports and even video or to react with an opposing view to the observations and evaluations of impartial journalists and authors is as absurd as to believe every word uttered by a demagogue. 

Does the video or information have any parallels or reenforcing background scenarios? It is hard to fake video and make it seem real.

Published accounts in various media formats are a source of parallell and similar information to draw more comparisons.

When behavoir and the experience of the victim and his end result are the same you have to apply the pejorative labelling.

CONSIDER MY CONTENTION THAT I WAS DISPOSSESSED AND ENSLAVED IN A MANNER SIMILAR TO WHAT WAS DONE TO OTHER SLAVES IN THE PAST.

Slavery is just about universally condemned except by the Slavers who do still exist and who do still profit from the forced labor of other people, manifest slavery in new and different forms. 

How far would the premise extend. Certainly to any unpaid forced labor. Certainly when work of a type or duration that was not agreed to is forced on unwilling workers.

How about where a person had arranged every detail and worked for and paid for infrastructure that would permit a desired, planned, educated and practiced desirable occupation?

When this infrastructure is literally burned down has a slave been created where a secure self supported entrepreneur was living and working before the Arson. 

Surely when I built a second home to house the family and I had no path foreward nor any possessions or even clothing and that bare bones home was mortaged to my Mother so my wife could borrow my Father's money, which she lost in her illfounded business and I was in debt for. As well, I had to work for nothing for years; what is nothing? That would be no spending money, no motorcycle, lousy $500 cars, $10 Chinese sneakers, no clothes.

WHAT REALLY BURNED THE SLAVERY IN IS THAT ALL OF MY ASSETS WERE TAKEN AND I HAD TO SELL MY STASH AND MY TWO 110 GRAM PURE GOLD BARS THAT COULD START JEWELERY MANUFACTURING AND I HAD TO BE IN DEBT AS WELL  A GREATER DEBT THAN THE VALUE  OF MY HOME.

IS THIS NOT ALL OF SLAVERY'S DEFICT ?  

I WOULD HAVE TO WORK FOR YEARS FOR NOTHING AND BUY MY WAY BACK TO ZERO WITH INHERITED MONEY  AFTER PAYING EXTORTED INTEREST OF "UNDER THE TABLE MONEY" FOR YEARS AND YEARS.

I, Lindon Collard, attended at Summit Physiotherapy Clinic and asked the provider to keep a record of my complaints and treatment. I said that I had benefited from the manipulation and massage I received on my first two visits. On the third visit I was required to stand holding a ten pound weight in each hand which I told the physiotherapist was not possible for me to accomplish but that was rejected by the physiotherapist as ridiculous. Postural Hypotension was not considered as a factor.

I think that when I reported satisfaction and progress from the treatment at Summit Physiotherapy this did not suit the ICBC agenda which is to claim:"Treatment was refused" facilitated through providing difficult and debilitating non beneficial treatment calculated to drive claimants away.

I constantly asked for traction treatment to pull out my locked compressed back joints after accidents injured my spine. I am sure that in cooperation with ICBC instead of keeping records and providing traction the original owner of Evergreen Physiotherapy placed a heating pad under my back for forty five minutes, gave no other treatment and charged me forty five dollars. 

I see the ignorant fraudulent and dismissive attitude of an uneducated ICBC Adjuster saying that here was nothing wrong with Lindon that a little time on a heating pad would not fix up no problem.

WHEN I WENT TO "BACKFIT" FOR A FREE EVALUATION IT COST ME EIGHTY DOLLARS. I WAS LEFT WAITING FOR FORTY MINUTES IN A WAITING ROOM AND THEN IN AN EXAMINATION ROOM WITH A STRAIGHT BACK CHAIR. MAKE YOU DESPERATE SO YOU SIGN UP FOR THE MAGIC, FOR THEM, TEN SUBSIDIZED TREATMENTS.

BACKFIT DID NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS COERCIVE BEHAVIOR LEFT ME ROLLED UP IN A BALL ON THE FLOOR BUT IT DID.

THEIR PATIENTS WERE GATHERED IN A CIRCLE JOYOUSLY BOUNCING ABOUT WHICH IS NOT A SERIOUS TREATMENT.

HERE, THEY SAID, WE HAVE TEN PRE- PLANNED TREATMENTS READY  FOR YOU TO SIGN UP FOR AND GIVE US YOUR CREDIT SO WE CAN CHARGE YOU FOR THE TREATMENT EVEN IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT WHICH IS OFTEN CAUSED IN CASES OF SERIOUS INJURY. THEY GET PAID BY YOUR CREDIT CARD ANYWAY. 

I REFUSED TO BE CONNED AND INQUIRED ABOUT TRACTION TREATMENT ONLY. YES THEY SAID AT $II5. FOR EACH MICKEY MOUSE USELESS FAUX TRACTION TREATMENT. I SAW THE DEVICE AND HOW THEY USED IT AND KNEW THAT I WOULD GET NO RELIEF.

"DOCTOR" MCKENZIE AT QUADA FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC WAS TO KEEP NOTES AND TO PROVIDE A  SINGLE WELL KNOWN BACK MANIPULATION WHICH CAN HAVE A SIMILAR TO TRACTION REALIGNMENT AND CLEARING OF LOCKED JOINTS.

INSTEAD HE FAKED A NUMBER OF NECK MANIPULATIONS, I KNOW, I HAVE HAD MANY OF THEM,  AND THEN HE SAID " I WILL GET THE LONG MANIPULATION LATER ". HE WAS GOING TO RUN ALL OF MY SUBSIDIZED TEN TREATMENTS RIGHT OUT AT HIS SHOP BUT WAS HE PISSED WHEN HE FOUND OUT THAT I SO NOT GET THAT SUBSIDY AND WANTED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS AND HAD NOT DONE THE TREATMENT I CAME IN FOR NOR HAD HE KEPT NOTES.

 

THE GRIM REALITY OF WHAT WOMEN'S MENTAL ILLNESS DID TO DESTROY FAMILY LIFE IN MY SIBLING AND MARITAL FAMILIES

I WAS FLUID, NON-DESTRUCTIVE, ALWAYS FINDING A WAY TO KEEP ON WITH MY PURSUIT OF MUSIC AND WRITING JOBS. NONE OF MY ACTIVITIES COULD EVER HURT ANYONE.

THE NEVER ENDING NEGATIVE CONTROL AND PUNISHMENT COUPLED WITH THE LACK OF SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE FAMILY SUPPORT STRUCTURE HAD CREATED A MISERABLE UNCERTAIN WALK ON EGGS LIFE FOR ME AS A CHILD, AS AN ADULT AND AS A FAMILY FATHER.

When groups of men got together to work or socialize, it was in my time a jovial friendly and cooperative joining to undertake an activity. Before I was "Taken Down" by the grim mentally ill women in my family and the men who had succumbed to their penurious and constricting demands, I experienced this society. 

When I attended family dinners at the Paternal Grandparents home there was laughter and evidence of good things being done for family members.

My Maternal Grandmother's home, Grandad Rugenuis died at thirty five years old, was not jovial; it was walk on eggs if my Mother was there. 

My Father's house was a wailing madhouse run by my Mother. It was get out of the house and stay out except to come home for meals throughout my childhood.

My Mother indulged herself with Morphine, Coedine and by viciously beating me.

I was never indulged with anything. I had almost no toys, relatives were only allowed to give mt money as a gift, no toys. All the money went into a bank account my Mother stole so I arrived at University, went to the Bank and all of the money was gone. I thought I would have spending money, the money was saved because I would need money to go to College. No toys, no college money. my mother stole it and no one would help me not even my wealthy Father. Could he not have EASILY REEMBURSED ME; he would not, totally under Wife Control. I got $1.13 from my $475 childhood bank account. 

When my Father knew I was going to buy a business with my Paternal Grandfather's Bequest to me he could have provided alternate funding when my Mother took my money but he did not as he was under Total Toxic Control.

When I was in control, despite my severely disabled condition, my house was very gregarious and helpful and there was much mirth and serious discussion and food and shelter for any friends or relatives who might require hospitality at any time.

The moment that my ex-wife felt she had the whip hand with divorce threats and extortion life as I created it was over.

My Father became a shaking non entity and my Mother Raged and Ruled again as she had during my childhood. My sibling generation's women hissed hatred and control unconstrained by any influence or moderation by any of the Men in the Family.

Stealing mail was back to the point that I know that My Mother stole and retained my mail until her death disclosed some of it. My ex-wife stole my mail as well including GST and Family Allowance Checks which I did not know existed. 

I DO NOT KNOW WHO STOLE MY MAIL WHEN MY UNCLE LEFT ME HIS HOUSE AND HIS MONEY AND IT WAS DECIDED THAT I WOULD NOT TRY HARD ENOUGH IF I  KNEW I WAS INHERITING. 

I DO KNOW THAT I DID NOT GET TO REPLY TO MY UNCLE ALBERT AND BY THE TIME HE DIED ALL OF HIS ASSETS WENT TO OTHER PEOPLE AND I THINK THEY FORGED ADDITIONS ON TO HIS WILL.

IT IS REALLY REALLY SAD THAT THE MENTAL ILLNESS OF THE WOMEN HAD TO BE SO GRIM AND SO PUNISHING.

The Authorities always refuse to tell me who sent the  Police to terrorize and intimidate me and this time it is because I was closing in on lawbreaking and attempting to gather the evidence and to have witnesses come forward again. I have latelty begun to re-examine events from the past with a jaundiced eye. I am now suspicious that I missed a lot of behavior which caused damage to me that  was used by criminal perpetrators to protect themselves.
