FORTY YEARS LATER I JUST THOUGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT THE CRAZIEST CONSPIRACY EVER MAY HAVE BEEN COLLUDED.

DID LOCAL AUTHORITY HERE AT OTTER POINT ACT TO DECLARE MY 1st HOME SITE "NON-CONFORMING" SO THE REDNECKS COULD BURN IT DOWN AGAIN AND AS "NON-CONFORMING" IT WOULD NOT BE INSURED?

WHEN I ASSESS SOME OF THE ACTIONS OF MANY PERSONS WHO COLLUDED TO WRECK THE PLANS OF MYSELF AND THE FAMILY MAN BEFORE ME TO CREATE A FAMILY HOME HERE AT OTTER POINT I AM BAFFLED THAT SUCH USELESS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE MISCHIEF COULD HAVE THE SUPPORT OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND I WONDER HOW FAR THAT WENT. 

The building inspectors as I was inspected in 2014, when some facilities were completed, said that there were irregularities visible in my micro fiche records, one regarding my having to rebuild on a different site at incredibly greater expense and with the huge loss of the Soil and Trees ripped out and stolen. He said I was duped. The usual way would be to build under the non-conforming designation but it is widely known that you cannot get insurance on the home.

COAST CAPITAL'S INSURANCE COMPANY "THE COOPERATORS " DEMANDED I REBUILD ON THE SAME PROPERTY WHICH GENE POTVIN, THUNDERBIRD INS. CEO SAID ONLY HAPPENS IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU BURNED YOUR OWN HOUSE DOWN. THANK YOU COAST CAPITAL WHO KNEW THE FORMER OWNER LEFT AFTER AN ARMED HOME INVASION BUT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME AND THEY LISTENED TO WENDY, MORTON'S LIE, LICENSED PRIVATE EYE, AN ICBC SPY!

THE INSURANCE COMPANY, "THE COOPERATORS" WAS OWNED BY THE CREDIT UNION, NOW COAST CAPITAL, THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSULTATION AS THERE HAD BEEN A FORECLOSURE. 

I am not saying the Authorities knew that there was a plan to declare the house site "Too close to Larulla Creek", fifty five feet away SO IT COULD BE BURNED DOWN FOR GOOD NOW,but I am wondering of late. I could have applied for a compassionate non-conforming designation. It just occurred to me now, would I get it? That is the only time the Creek was a Protected Creek, when it would stop me from re-building on the old foundation. 

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE AUTHORITIES KNEW OR WERE MANIPULATED BY PERSONS WHO KNEW WHAT PLAN TO DEVASTATE MY PROPERTY WAS GOING ON WAS GOING TO BE EXPOSED  AS I ATTEMPTED EVERY POSSIBLE LEGAL REMEDY. THEY PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS AGAINST ME, DEFAMATION, OBSTRUCTION, FALSE POLICE INTERVENTION.

DURING MY EX-WIFE'S SPURIOUS AND EXPLOITATIVE DIVORCE EXTORTIONS AND THEN DIVORCE WHAT PART DID AUTHORITIES PLAY BESIDES DECLARING ME A DANGER TO WOMEN BECAUSE I WAS BEING DIVORCED. I WAS TOLD THEY GIVE MALE DIVORCE VICTIMS A " SV " DESIGNATION AND THE REID METHOD ALLOWED LYING BY POLICE OFFICERS WITHOUT MAKING IT CLEAR WHEN.

Did the Drive to dispossess me continue on after several total seizures of all of my assets through divorce extortion and inheritance theft. Divorce Extortion is any type of coercion which threatens a destructive Divorce for no reason but it is being used to take power over me and my assets. Do not get hung up on my wife's half. She blew more than that by taking over all my assets during house construction. She blew everything again in the mid 80's. I had to buy my house back off of my Mother with inherited money from Uncle and Aunt twice. My ex-wife had no half. I had just bought the house back when she sued for divorce.

You are having all this trouble trying to get him for something and you even had him locked up and he says We committed an indictable offence. Are you stupid? listen while I Witch Whisper in your ear.

NEWLY CORELATED: A ROLL OUT AND A FIRE AT THE CNR IN 1969 OR EARLY 1970

 

I HAVE DOCUMENTED THE ROLL OUT OF A PASSENGER TRAIN FROM THE RAILWAY STATION IN VANCOUVER IN 1969 AND THE ROLL AWAY ENGINE AT RAMSES STATION, CAIRO EGYPT.  WHEN ROLLAWAYS ARE NOT STOPPED BEFORE COLLISION OCCURS THE RESULT IS DESTRUCTIVE AND DEADLY. I AM NOW SUSPICIOUS OF VANDALISM CAUSING RUNAWAY TRAINS. 

The Chemical Plant siding event in East Vancouver at Venables  and Clark was loose Boxcars gliding downhill at a Factory. I was a crew member on a Transfer. We unhooked and ran after the loose Boxcars and caught them and stopped the Runaway Accident from happening right in the densely populated and business area. That area would be on the left of this photograph.

The event which has come to mind involved an empty passenger train, all my crew and I knew was there was a TRAIN ON FIRE. The train was rolling out of Glen Yard along the "Y" where passenger trains were turned around to return back to the East. 

We broke in to the train and applied handbrakes and made sure no one was on the train. The fire which was small was extinguished. Had this loose twelve passenger car train rolled further it would impinge on the CNR Main Line and a one hundred car one hundred thousand ton each car train could be coming down the hill not planning to stop for two miles.

IF THERE HAD BEEN COLLISION WITH A MAIN LINE FRIEGHT IT WOULD OCCUR AT TOP CENTER OT THIS PHOTOGRAPH

IT DID NOT OCCUR TO ME UNTIL JUST NOW: WERE THOSE INCIDENTS NOT JUST ACCIDENTS WHICH WERE AVERTED, DID SOMEONE DELIBERATELY SET THOSE TRAINS LOOSE RATHER THAN BARAKES BLEEDING OFF AND A LACK OF CHOCKS?

Rock Bolts rust maturity date at Peace Power Mica Creek Dam Power House roof

Fifty Five Years Ago the Rock Bolts which hold up the Loose Rock and Cement Overlay in the Powerhouse were not properly grouted at Peace Power Mica Creek Dam located near Hudson Hope British Columbia.

Six months after I was denied my scheduled job at CNR System Headquarters assisting and working with Civil Engineers I obtained employment doing exactly that as a Recording Technician and in house Builder Quality Control Inspector with KBR BRJ Halliburton at Peace Power where Chief Engineer Abercrombie said to me "I think you and I are the only ones aware of exactly what we are building here".  A few weeks later "I do not know where all the rock bolts are and what the torques are." There were many hundreds of Rock Bolts.

      I surveyed torqued and inspected every Rock Bolt in the walls and          up 180 feet at         the ceiling of the Peace Power Powerhouse and                         created an 8' x 4' map.

    The square pads in the ceiling were attached to 16' long rock bolts at Peace Power and were to be grouted.

When torques had stabilized, and retorquing was not required anymore, then thorough and complete High Pressure Grouting was maintained and continued until the void and all cracks were filled and bonded.

Pressure Grouting filled, sealed and bonded the Rocks and Cement and Rock bolts together.

All the Rock Bolts had a small diameter hole from the exposed bottom of the Bolt all the way to the top. Cement pours, streams and flows out of the bottom center hole from the top of the hole if the void is filled.  

                       

I documented a series of incorrect procedures being used to install Rock Bolts, which only I had been involved with the installation thereof previously.

The cement is pumped in at the bottom of the cavity which the rock bolt is in. You pump cement in at 90PSI till it fills every crack in the wall or ceiling. If the rock is fractured beyond the end of the Rock Bolt it will not take torque. When you pump until the cement comes down the hollow center of the bolt you know that you have filled every crack and the Rock Bolt acts like rebar in cenent making the fractured rock mass a support element in combination with the Rock Bolts, which exceeds the straight up weight bearing ability of Rock Bolts.

Incomplete High Pressure Cement Grouting which did not fill every void as required was faked as complete by pumping cement up indicator drill holes. "That is enough grouting" Shifter Morley said to his crew "Prime the Indicator Tube." That Indicator drill hole.  It was esential, ordered by Law and required by Engineering Ethics that this flawed procedure was reported to the Chief Engineer. I did of course. The Engineer apologized, the Shifter is going to get rid of you.   I was shipped out, problem solved, only until we have an earthquake possibly. I have sent this information to Authorities several times and there was legal action taken by BC Hydro, the Owner, against the Builder but nobody  replied to my warning

The all important Rock Bolts were improperly grouted and will have Rusted by now. 

TWO DIFFERENT THREADS OF MEMORY JOIN AND A TAPESTRY BEGINS TO TAKE SHAPE

THE OAK BAY POLICE SURROUNDED ME IN MY CAR AT GONZALES BAY IN 2000.

I HAD DRIVEN FROM THE BOTTOM TO ALMOST THE TOP ON THE LEFT SIDE.

THEY HAD GUNS DRAWN IN RESPONSE TO A CANARD CREATED BY SOOKE RCMP.

I had on several occasions said that I trusted the Oak Bay Police and felt safe from Police excess when I rollerbladed there and in the neighborhoods close by not far from my Howe St  Victoria residence. I had plunged down a hill in Oak Bay, picking up too much speed as I approached an open parking area. I turned in to be able to swing back uphill and lose speed when I realized it was a Police and Fire department compound. I circled widely and as I saw a police man I said. 

" I knew I was safe to turn in here as the Oak Bay Police would not shoot me." 

DID SOOKE RCMP HEAR I TRUSTED THE OAK BAY POLICE AND SET UP THE ARMED, SURROUNDED STOP?

NO ONE HAD SEEN A CAR LIKE THE CAT I WAS DRIVING.

"THIS IS THE FANCIEST CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN" said an OAK BAY POLICEMAN. Then " SOOKE RCMP SAID THEY MADE A MISTAKE". Yeah, sure, a mistake. No, trustbreaking.

RECALL ALERT:WOULD THIS BE WHY THEY DID IT?

WHY WOULD I BE SUBJECTED  TO  ATTACKS AND THEFTS ? 

WOULD THAT BE BECAUSE  I REFUSE TO GO ALONG WITH MANIPULATION AND COERCION? 

I WAS LAYING ON THE BACK TRACTIONING COUCH, HANGING BY MY LEGS FROM THE COUCH ARM AND NECK AND SHOULDER PILLOWS.

THE THEFTS BY FAMILTY MEMBERS STARTED WITH STEALING MY MAIL, STEALING MY INHERITANCES AND CULMINATED IN EXTORTION, ALL FALSELY JUSTIFIED BY ALLEGING THAT I WAS  IRRESPONSIBLE AND WOULD HAVE NOT WORKED. 

I CAN RECOGNIZE ANY PERSONAL MOTIVATION FOR THE PEOPLE WHO I HAD NOT MET AND WHO DID NOT REPRESENT ANYONE WHOM I HAD INTERACTED WITH.

THE BOUNDARY WHICH WOULD DEFINE WHAT WAS A FAMILY GENERATED MOTIVATION (OR AN EXTENSION OF FAMILY GENERATED DEFAMATION) USED TO RATIONALIZE ACTING AGAINST MY INTERESTS IS A FACTOR WHICH IS DEFINED BY FAMILY RELATIONSHIP. 

CALCULATED , CONTRIVED AND INTERDEPENFENT FAMILY AND INSTITUTIONAL DISENFRANCHISEMENT ARE IRRATIONALLY HELD TO BE MUTUALLY REENFORCING.

THE ARSON AND OTHER CRIME AT OTTER POINT WAS MOTIVATED BY A HATRED FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE, WHICH WAS WAITING FOR ANYONE WHO ARRIVED TO TAKE OVER THE PROPERTY.

I THINK I WAS ATTACKED AT OTHER LOCATIONS BASED ON DEFAMATION GENERATED BY MY FAMILY, BY THE NEIGHBORS BY-LAW AND POLICE FROM SOOKE. 

OFFICIAL  RECORDS LIKE UNIVERSITY CREDITS AND RESULTS OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT TESTS BY CANADA`S LARGEST CORPORATION, THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAY, ARE IMPORTANT CHARACTER EVALUATION FACTORS.

INDUSTRIAL CREDIT RATINGS AND EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE AND INTEGRITY IN ADMINISTERING GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS ARE IGNORED BY AUTHORITIES WHO CONFER MORE CREDIBILITY ON GOSSIP AND SLANDER WHICH IS CREATED TO INTEREST THEM IN ACTING AGAINST ME.

WHAT IS REQUIRED IS TO GO ALONG WITH MANIPULATION AND I WILL NOT EVER DO THAT SO I AM ATTACKED; I HAVE ALSO HAD ASSETS I INHERITED HIDDEN FROM ME IN AN EFFORT TO DIMINISH AND CONTROL ME. THEY GET SO WRAPPED UP IN MY DOWNFALL THAT THEY BECOME SO MOTIVATED THEY BECOME CRIMINALLY INSANE AND MISJUSTIFIED AND OFFEND AGAINST CRIMINAL LAW.

THEN ALL OF THOSE WHO SOUGHT TO MANIPULATE ME UNSUCCESSFULLY, ACT TOGETHER AGAINST ME REALLY MAD AT ME! THEY DID IT BECAUSE I REFUSED! 

MY REACTION TO A PAUCITY OF SEXUAL EXPERIENCE WAS SELF DEFEATING

I GOT MARRIED IN 1978 TO HAVE CONSTANT ACCESS TO A SEX PARTNER. I HIRED MY GIRLFRIEND IN 1990 TO DO REAL WORK AND TO HAVE ACCESS TO A SEX PARTNER.

Neither one of those plans worked out for very long as a constant.

I wanted to be able to support the women and have the normal regular sexual activity playfully generated by affection.

With a casual girlfriend or an ex girlfriend there is no certainty that there will be sexual activity and that is frankly wearing.

When I have a social and economic union with a woman I do not want to endure sexual uncertainty and frustration.

I think that having my ex wife refuse to fuck regularily and easily and then wearing skin tight bare ass clothes while NOT fucking  screwed up my normal friendly playful attitude towards sex.

How that is very damaging is that you will get no sex at home from the bareassed wife. Bare asses signal sex time. But I am not going to get any and suffer the gross cruelty of the wife "don't touch me you disgust me".

I have no hope of being able to go out to a Dance Club and meet someone and have sex because UI am busy with the Family and the useless wife and have no time or money to get out and meet any women.

My girlfriend did a number of damaging things while she was perhaps not as stable as she was at other times. She did work. 

She and a friend of hers were here when my ex wife tried to seize my house. She sent RCMP, CRD, and Bailiffs. How could she be paid off three times over and do that. That was so close for me to hitting the street homeless I feel weak every time I think of this.

My last long term girlfriend dumped me in 1998 after I got injured again in a Motor Vehicle Accident that wiped me out.

Fast forward a few years and I am about to have sex with a woman I knew for the second time. She was smiling, appealing, acailable and suddenly I felt collapse and she was repulsed by what she saw. I was very sexually damaged goods by this time.

I was in two situations where I was dominated and threatened with Police by a woman and by a Man allegedly protecting a poor vulnerable Female Agressor with a Narcissistic modus operandi where I would lose my grocery money.

Felix always wore bare ass tights and a wrap.

A really nice ass which I would rether hold than be abused with.

This stuff just adds up and adds up as a mental disquietment.

I really do feel bad: there is always an empty feeling of no friends, no affection.

TWO POLICE TRUCKS IN THE YARD IN FEBRUARY OF 2016. I WAS LATE AT THE SHOVELLING OF SNOW IN VICTORIA.

I had collapses where I went right down to fold up my knee flat to the ground then when I was in the shower and several times in the time following that situation.

June 8 2016 I heard a honking in the driveway. "Thank you for honking instead of kicking at the doors like the last guy did.``

I can have no other reaction possible to a women in a bulletproof vest with a radio on her neck but to fear unjust punishment. 

I have other reactions which I would document under the right circumstances.

WHAM OUT OF THE POLICE TRUCK AN ASS TOTALLY WHITE STRETCHED OUT TIGHTS. I WENT INTO A CONVULSION. THE CULMINATION OF ALL THAT SEXUAL ABUSE AS THE `` BARE ASS MEANS SEX`` DOES NOT MEAN THE USUAL. SHE IS RUNNING AROUND BARE ASS. WHY? WOULD YOU THINK THAT THE ACCUSING BULLETPROOF VESTED COMPANION MIGHT SCREW MY MIND UP? IT STILL IS.

 

THE LINKING OF RECOLLECTIONS PROVIDES NEW INSIGHTS CONTEMPORANEOUSLY

TOTAL RECALL IS A MANY SPLENDORED THING RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND ALL THE TIME, REMEMBERING IN VIVID SOUND AND COLOR, LINKING EVENTS FROM THE PAST, NOW. THE PAST NOW.

I DO NOT EXPERIENCE PAIN. IT COULD BE ASKED THAT IF IT IS NOT PAIN, WHAT FORCES ME TO LAY FLAT ON MY BACK WITH MY LEGS AND TORSO SLIGHTLY ELEVATED. WEIGHT IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE, TONS AND TONS OF CRUSHING WEIGHT WHEN I TRY TO STAND UP.

To be clear about pain: burns momentarily burn; bangs can actually be painful or numbing; I can feel electric shock type sensations in my right elbow but very rarely.

A person I knew a few years back said: "The Judge thought your claim was ridiculous, awarded you a settlement for pain you imagined." That is demeaning!

Demeaning indeed but it had to be a vicious and ludricous fantasy, a Bad Dream indeed. I can't stand for very long at the best of times, I am virtually paralyzed at worse times and the worst of times are worse than one who had not had this has experienced. Pain could be worse than defecateing and barfing simultaneously.

FOR A LONG TIME I HAD THOUGHT THE ACCUSER HAD FABRICATED HIS RECOLLECTION. COULD THE JUDGE REALLY HAVE SAID THAT?

It in actuality does not matter. The entire gambit reeks of the arrogant dismissiveness of impotent persons exercising power and desirous of making you feel like absolutely powerless non performing crap while they do it.

I was recalling the words of Charles Phippen when he admitted there were set deals made before plaintiffs went to court, but they still paid to do it and had to go. The insurance company lawyer had lied to my Lawyer who was part of the old deal where lawyers did not lie to each other and did not know about the new lying lawyers. I took a BC Supreme Court action over prevarication and conspiracy to obstruct justice by lawyers, police and orchestrated by the Crown Corporation The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. That is Criminal Insanity! 

WHEN THE JUDGE KNOWS THAT THERE IS A SET DEAL WHAT WOULD THE COMMENTARY BE ABOUT MY "IMAGINARY"  PAIN?

I DO BELIEVE THAT I WAS SAID (A PASSENGER IN THE ACCIDENT) TO BE ``ACCIDENT PRONE`` WHICH WAS POSSIBLY VERBALLY CLOSE ENOUGH HOGWASH FOR A BUNCH OF SCIENCE DENYING DRUNKS AND DRUG ADDICTS TO ESPOUSE. THEY ARE  IN CHARGE OF THE CONDUCT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS BUT IT SURE AS HELL DOES NOT REFLECT ANY RATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
